3 criteria which determine the maximum
activity that may safely be administered
-a blood dose of no more than 200 rads
-a retained activity of no more than 120 mCi at 48 hr
-in those patients with diffuse lung metastases, a retained activity of no more than 80 mCi at 48 hr
